DHTML: Using AICC to communicate with an LMS on a Secure Server (HTTPS)

Although ToolBook's DHTML functions fine via AICC when the content is located at an HTTP:// address, a problem was discovered with AICC when the ToolBook Exported DHTML was hosted from a secure server (HTTPS://)

This problem was remedied in the second release of the ToolBook 8.1 Service Pack 1.
