Cannot force a Fill In The Blank question object into focus

PROBLEM
I can't get a Fill In The Blank question to become the focus object

DETAILS
A Fill In The Blank (FITB) question object should be able to receive focus in several ways including:

• Existing at the first tabbable object on the page
• Using the SetFocus method within the Actions Editor

Neither of these ways worked in ToolBook within DHTML Exported content, however this has been fixed with the release of ToolBook 10 Patch 1. A fix is not anticipated for ToolBook 9.5.
