WHO CAN INSTALL THIS PATCH?
The Patch can be used on an installation of ToolBook 11.00 or 11.01.

WHAT DOES THIS PATCH DO?
This Patch resolves the following four issues:

  1. The ToolBook Version Updater contains a textual reference to 10.5, which should be a reference to 11.
  2. The ToolBook Repair Kit contains a textual reference to 10.5, which should be a reference to 11.
  3. The Selector Bar in the Startup Dialog may be drawn out of position if Windows is configured for Large Font mode.
  4. Firefox 10 and higher report Unsupported Browser, when trying to view content published to DHTML. Read More...

HOW TO INSTALL PATCH 1 FOR TOOLBOOK 11
The installer for this update can be found at the following location:

ftp://ftp.sumtotalsystems.com/pub/tb2/instructor/110/TB11PATCH1.ZIP

The download is a ZIP file containing the following installer:

   TB11PATCH1.EXE

After you download the Patch to your hard drive, unzip the file and double-click on TB11PATCH1.EXE to start the installation process. The Patch will only update an existing installation of ToolBook 11.00 or 11.01.

HOW TO UNINSTALL THE PATCH
If you need to uninstall the Patch, use the Add/Remove Programs control panel within Windows. You will find this patch listed in the Control Panel as:

   ToolBook 11.0 Patch 1

HOW TO TELL IF THE PATCH IS ALREADY INSTALLED
The easiest way to determine if the Patch is already installed is to look at the About ToolBook entry in the Help menu within ToolBook. The build number located in the upper right corner of the About dialog will reveal this value:
